This drama presented the good news that God provides through a retelling of the miracle of the loaves and fishes with contemporary parallels. Following the drama, the congregation brought forward their pledges for the coming year, and placed them in the basket which represented the boy’s gift of loaves and fishes in the drama. After the service all the congregation shared in a Thanksgiving Harvest Feast which was free and open to all.
