Summary: Kailtyn is a normal American teen. She wakes up to acne, has “nothing” to wear, goes to school just to get lunch spilt all over her and loses her best friend. To make matters worse, it is picture day. She finds herself in angry tears later that night in her room. She lashes out at God asking that question at the back of everyone’s mind. If there is a loving God who loves us more than we can even imagine, why does He let us hurt? Why does He let bad things happen to us?
That night, she goes back in time to the life of Christ. She goes through some highlight moments in His life from the nativity, to the finding in the temple, to the last supper, to the crucifixion. Through this, she sees first hand just what sacrifices Christ has made for us and how much love He has in His heart. The dreams are made up of all four Gospel readings.

The rest can be either male or female depending on who is available. All the characters not listed or listed without special instruction can be played actors who are double or triple cast as other characters.
The least amount of people who could be in is would be about 15 people and there really is no maximum.
Setting:
(The setting in each scene is very flexible to whatever the theatre is able to do.)
It starts in Kaitlyn’s room, a comfy chair, regular chair, desk with makeup and cross/crucifix, clothes and other items scattered throughout the floor.
The high school scenes should be simple. Each student can just stay in the same desk and the teachers come and go since the scenes are so short.
The lunch room scene can simply be the students moving their desks into little groups then going in a lunch line. The messier the “Lunch” is, the better.
Each Bible scene should be very simple with little to no extra scenery. Some require extra props ex. Last Supper has cup and bread. The Wedding has wine glasses.

Act I
(It opens on Kaitlyn in the bathroom, looking in the mirror. She is wearing a bathrobe and her hair is up in a towel. It is morning and she is getting ready for school. But to her horror, she has a giant pimple right on her chin)
Kaitlyn: Oh no! Not today! Please not today! (She tries popping it) Ouch!! Oh I know! (She gets some cover-up out and puts is on her chin. It does next to nothing). (Sarcastically) Great! Just my luck! God! (Storms out).(Changes into school hallway. There should be some stairs and lockers. Kaitlyn is seen first wearing her school clothes. She misses a step and falls down the stairs and her books fly everywhere.)
Kaitlyn: (sitting on the ground) Oww! What else could possibly go wrong? (She notices that other students were watching and were now laughing at her. She runs off to class. Each student should bring a desk in and a Chemistry, Algebra, Novel, and History book. They all get their Chemistry books as the teacher comes in)
Chemistry teacher: All right class, for next class I want you to do all forty problems on page 128 and all thirty problems on page 139. (The Algebra teacher replaces the Chemistry teacher)
Algebra teacher: (writing on the board) And then you carry the 27 over and x equals 48! Everyone understand?
Kaitlyn: (looks around and everyone has a confident look in their faces but it is clear that she is completely lost. She raises her hand) Where did the 27 come from?
Algebra teacher: Well... (Bell interrupts her. Everyone stands up to go to lunch) Wait, wait, wait! Do problems 2-36 evens and 48-76 on page 238 for next class!
(Everyone pushes their desks together and bring their lunches out. Kaitlyn and Khloe sit at one table and everyone else sits on the other table)
Kaitlyn: Can you believe how much homework we have? I’m not really sure how they expect us to do all this! It’s too hard!
Khloe: I know! And it’s only lunch! Honestly I’m kinda scared to go to my other two classes. Wanna skip?
Kaitlyn: You’re kidding right? My parents would kill me!
Khloe: Yeah, I’m just kidding. Are you ready for pictures today?
Kaitlyn: Do I look ready? (Points to her chin)
Khloe: Oh come on, I didn’t even notice it. You look fine. (Pause) By the way, are you okay? I saw you fall earlier.
Kaitlyn: No I am not okay! Everyone saw me and laughed at me! Even Joshua! God! He will never like me now! (A student trips and their lunch falls all over Kaitlyn. She screams and jumps up.)
Student: Oh sorry. Walks away to get another lunch.)
Kaitlyn: Oh my God! (Looks at Khloe and the bell rings)
Khloe: You’re fine. You can barely see it. Come on; let’s go to class. (Everyone pulls their desks back into rows as the Lit teacher comes in)
Lit teacher: All right class, I want you to read chapter 4-10 tonight. I’m sorry it is so much, but we are way behind the other classes. (Kaitlyn turns around and sees Khloe talking to Brianna, Addison, and Olivia. The girls look at Kaitlyn and laugh. Khloe meets her eyes and looks like she did something she shouldn’t have)
History teacher: Today, class, we will be learning about the exciting time of the... (His voice fades out but he keeps talking with his back to the class.)
Brianna: Hey, Addison, pass this to Kaitlyn.
Addison: Hey, Olivia, pass this to Kaitlyn.
Olivia: Hey, Khloe, pass this to Kaitlyn. (Khloe hesitates but they urge her on so she takes it and puts it on Kaitlyn’s desk. Kaitlyn looks at Khloe then at the note with a confused look. She opens it and her mouth drops and tears fill her eyes)
Kaitlyn: (trying to hide it) did you tell them, Khloe? (Khloe looks ashamed)
Brianna: (talking very loudly) Um, Kaitlyn is passing notes and distracting me!
History teacher: (turning around) She is, is she? Okay, hand it over.
Kaitlyn: Please don’t. Just throw it away. Please, I’m begging you!
History teacher: (takes it and looks at it) Oh, I’m so sorry I blamed you. Who wrote this? (Shows it to everyone in class then to everyone in the audience. It is a picture of a stick figure with a giant red dot on the chin with an arrow pointing to it saying “Kaitlyn” with hearts around her. She was staring at another stick figure with an arrow that said “Joshua”. Kaitlyn starts to run out of the room.)
Khloe: (grabbing her arm) Wait, Kaitlyn! I’m so sorry! I didn’t know they were going to do that! I am so...
Kaitlyn: I can’t believe you! I thought you were my friend! How could you do this to me? Why did you tell them? (Cries and whispers) I thought you were my friend! (Leaves) (Hallway scene)
(Picture time! Each student brings their chairs to the front of the room. Lights go off and the spotlight flashes on each student like a flash. When they get to the last chair, a teacher brings Kaitlyn in and the light flashes on her red teary face. Black out)
(Lights come back up in her room. She is doing her homework on her desk, getting really frustrated. Finally she throws her pencil down and jumps up.)
Kaitlyn: (Looks up and says sarcastically) Thank you so much for today! I’m glad you were looking out for me! (Seriously) Why aren’t you doing your job? Do you even care about me at all? Well you have a funny way of showing it! I bet you aren’t even listening to me right now! (Pause) ANSWER ME!!!! (Pause then pleading) Please show me a sign that you are here. Anything, just something to let me know you are with me. I want so much to believe that you are with me, but I can’t. I just can’t. (Long pause) I knew it. (Sits back down and start working and soon falls asleep. Lights go down)(Lights come back up and Kaitlyn is standing with eyes closed, her clothes have changed into very old clothes, almost rag looking. People soon fill the stage around her, all wearing about the same thing)
Kaitlyn: (opens her eyes) Where am I? What am I wearing? Who are these people? (She bumps into the three Magi) Oh, I’m so sorry!
Gaspar: Oh, it is quite all right, child!
Balthazar: We have traveled far!
Melchior: But our journey is almost over I think. Look! (Points to the star behind them)
Gasper and Balthazar: Praise be to God!
Kaitlyn: Excuse me, but what are you talking about? It’s just a star.
Balthazar: Oh no! It is so much more than that! It is our promised Savior! He has come at last!
Gaspar: So you see, we are going to meet this King of Kings!
Melchior: I will present Him with myrrh.
Balthazar: I have frankincense for the promised Messiah!
Gaspar: And I have brought gold for the Lord.
Kaitlyn: What? Are you messing with me? It’s really not funny! Just leave me alone!
Melchior: Come with us to see the Savior.
Kaitlyn: (Hesitates) Alright, lead the way (They all exit and Mary, Joseph, a manager with baby Jesus and shepherds all enter. The three Magi enter and go to the manger with their gifts. Kaitlyn stays off to the side)
Gaspar: Gold for the Messiah!
Balthazar: Frankincense for the Savior!
Melchior: Myrrh for the King! (The three of them leave and angels enter singing O Come All Ye Faithful)
Angels: (singing) O Come All Ye Faithful
Joyful and triumphant,
O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem.
Come and behold Him,
Born the King of Angels;
O come, let us adore Him....
Mary: (notices Kaitlyn) do not be afraid. Come.
Angels: O come, let us adore Him...
(Kaitlyn slowly walks up to the manger)
O come, let us adore Him,
(She falls on her knees to Jesus)
Christ the Lord.
(Light fade on Kaitlyn, still kneeling)
Kaitlyn: This cannot be happening! It’s just a dream. It’s just a dream. (Closing her eyes and rubbing them to try to wake up) It’s just a dream! (Opens her eyes and instead of baby Jesus there is a crowd of people all around her) Excuse me. Where am I? Hello? Someone answer me!
Mary: (Rushing in and grabbing people) Have you seen Jesus? Where is my son? Have you seen him? Jesus! Jesus! Where are you?
Joseph: (Rushing in behind her) have you found him yet, Mary?
Mary: No, I do not know where he could be!
Joseph: Do not fear. We will find him!
Mary: (grabs Kaitlyn’s arm) Have you seen my son, Jesus? Please, we do not know where he could be! Please help us!
Kaitlyn: I’m sorry, but I haven’t seen him. Where did you see him last?
Joseph: We were in Jerusalem for the Passover meal and we thought he went with one of our relatives, but now I do not think he did.
Kaitlyn: Maybe he is still back there.
Mary: Joseph, we must go back at once.
Joseph: Yes, Mary. Come on. (They exit followed by Kaitlyn. They finally find him in the temple surrounded by teachers)
Mary: Jesus! We found you! I am so happy you are all right! We have been looking three days for you!
Joseph: Why did you do this to us?
Young Jesus: Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house? (Mary and Joseph look at each other with a confused look as they all leave)(We are now at the Wedding at Cana. Jesus is standing with his apostles and Mary is talking with the other guests. Kaitlyn is watching from the side, still not really sure what is going on)
Guest: We are running low on wine, Mary! What should we do?
Mary: It is all right, let me go and talk to my son. (To Jesus) Son, they have no wine!
Jesus: Woman, how does this affect me? My hour has not yet come.
Mary: (to Kaitlyn) do whatever he tells you?
Jesus: Fill those with water. (Points to the jars) Take some out now and bring it to the headwaiter.
Headwaiter: (After drinking it) Most serve their best wine at first and a lesser one after everyone has had drink, but you leave the best one until now! (Everyone who saw this stare at Jesus in amazement)
(Jesus is now offstage and there is a crowd built up on stage looking off and listening to Jesus. Kaitlyn is sitting with the crowd)
Jesus: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
Peter: (Offstage) Master, it is getting late. Send them home so they can buy themselves food.
Jesus: Why must they leave? You must give them something to eat yourself.
Peter: (Coming onstage) does anyone have food to share? (Five loaves of bread and two fish were by Kaitlyn and he asks her for them and she gives them to him) Only five loaves and two fish, Master.
Jesus: Bring them to me so that I may bless it. (Pause as he blesses it) Now let the people eat. (Bread and fish start being passed on the stage until everyone has gotten plenty. Each apostle comes out with a basket almost overflowing with bread and fish. After everyone finishes eating he says to Peter) Go with them into the boat and go to the other side. I will stay and dismiss the crowd.
Peter: Yes Master. (Exits with the apostles off left and the crowd exits off right. Right after everyone leaves the sound of wind and waves can be heard along with the apostles’ cries for help. Jesus exits and reenters walking on the water. The boat appears with the apostles in it with Kaitlyn. A figure appears from the other side of the stage)
John: It is a ghost!
Jesus: Do not be afraid, it is I!
Peter: Lord, if it is you, then command me to come out to you.
Jesus: Come.
Peter: (Steps out of the boat w and starts walking on the water but a huge wind comes and frightens him so he starts to sink) Lord save me!
Jesus: (grabs Peter’s hand) O You of little faith, why did you doubt? (Jesus helps Peter into the boat and the wind and waves are quiet. They “float off”)
(Jesus enters and sits center stage and people start coming up to listen to him)
Jesus: I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness. (Looks at Kaitlyn and smiles) but will have light in life.
Scribe: (Enters dragging Mary Magdalene by the arms and forces her to stand in the middle) Teacher, this woman has committed adultery! She was caught in the act! You know as well as I do that the Law of Moses states that we must stone such a woman. What do you say?
Jesus: (standing) let the one among you without sin throw the first stone. (He bends over and writes on the ground while one by one everyone leaves until it is just Jesus and Mary Magdalene and Kaitlyn) Woman, where have they gone? Does no one condemn you?
Mary Magdalene: No, sir.
Jesus: Nor do me. Go and sin no more. (Holds out his hand to help her up. They both exit and Kaitlyn comes up front and stares off in amazement. When she turns around a crowd has formed. Everyone has palm leaves)
Crowd: Here he comes! He who has come in the name of the Lord. (Jesus enters riding on an ass) Master! Teacher! Lord! (Everyone is trying to get his attention)
Kaitlyn: (She knows what is going to happen) Please wake up! I learned my lesson. I don’t want to see what happens next! Oh God, please let me wake up! (Black out) Where am I now? What’s going on? (Pinching herself) Wake up!
(Lights come up just enough that you can see shadows of men.)
Judas: What will you give me to hand him over to you?
High Priest: Thirty pieces of silver. (Throws the money at Judas and it falls to the floor. Judas throws himself on the ground and gathers his money as fast as he can. He stands up and nods at them in agreement. Lights Out)
End of Act I
Act II
(All twelve apostles are sitting around a table with Jesus in the middle)
Jesus: (standing up and wrapping a towel around his waist and grabs a basin of water) Come, my friends! (The apostles look at each other not knowing what to do. Just then, Jesus sees Kaitlyn in the corner. He goes to her and takes her hand leading her up front then sits her down. He washes her feet and dries them with the towel around his waist. To the apostles) Come, friends! (One by one they go up and get their feet washed. Finally, Peter sits in front)
Peter: Are you going to wash my feet, Master?
Jesus: You do not understand what I’m doing right now, but you will.
Peter: You will not wash my feet!
Jesus: Unless I wash your feet, you will have no inheritance with me!
Peter: Then wash my hands and head as well, Master.
Jesus: Friend, you only need your feet washed and you are cleaned. But not all of you are clean. Come (Jesus leads Peter to the table) One of you will betray me.
All apostles: Surely it is not I, Lord?
Jesus: He who dips his hand in the dish with me is the one who will betray me.
Judas: Surely it is not I, Lord?
Jesus: (Passes Judas the dish, which he dips his hands in) Do quickly what you are going to do. (Judas leaves. Jesus takes bread and breaks it) Take and eat; this is my body. (Takes wine) Drink, all of you, this is my blood of the new covenant, which will be shed on behalf of many for the forgiveness of sins. (Pause) Friends, tonight you will all have your faith in me shaken.
Peter: Master, their faith may be shaken, but mine will never be.
Jesus: Amen I say to you, before the cockcrows, you will deny me three times.
Peter: I do not care if I must die with you, I will not deny you, Master! (All apostles agree)
Jesus: Come, my friends. I must go and pray. (Changes to the garden. Kaitlyn is hiding behind a bush, trying not to be seen) Sit here and stay while I pray. (Peter, James, and John follow Jesus a ways) Please remain here and watch with me. (Goes and prays) Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me; yet, not as I will, but as you will! (Goes to the three apostles who are asleep) Could you not stay awake for one hour? Pray that you may not go through the test. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak. (Goes back and prays) My Father, if it is not possible that this cup pass without my drinking it, your will be done! (Goes to the three and notices that they are asleep again so he goes back to pray) Father, let your will be done! (Goes to the three who are still sleeping) Are you still sleeping? The hour is at hand when the Son of Man is to be handed over to sinners. Let us get up and go. Look my betrayer’s at hand! (Just then Judas rushes in with soldiers)
Judas: The man I kiss is the one, arrest him. (Goes to Jesus) Hail, Rabbi! (Kisses him)
(The soldiers grab Jesus and Peter pulls out his sword and cuts a servant’s ear off.)
Jesus: Put your sword away! Those who live by the sword will die by the sword. (Places his hand on the wound and it is healed. Crowd enters and all crowd around him. Peter and Kaitlyn on one side and Mary, Mary Magdalene, and John are on the other side.)
Crowd: He has said, “I can destroy the temple and in three days rebuild it.”
High Priest: What are these men testifying against you? (Silence) I order you to tell us under oath before the living God whether you are the Messiah, Son of God.
Jesus: You have said so. I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man sealed at the right hand of the Power and coming on the clouds of heaven.
High Priest: (tearing his robe) He has blasphemed! You have now heard the blasphemy; what is your opinion?
Crowd: He deserves to die! (They spit and hit him)
Maid: (noticing Peter) you too were with Jesus the Galilean.
Peter: I do not know what you are talking about.
Maid 2: This man was with Jesus the Azorean.
Peter: I do not know the man.
Bystander: Surely you too are one of them; even your speech gives you away.
Peter: I do not know that man! (Right then the cock crows. Jesus looks at him)
Voiceover of Jesus: Amen I say to you, before the cockcrows, you will deny me three times.
(He realizes at once what he has done and he starts crying. Kaitlyn tries to stop him but he pushes her aside and runs out)
Pilate: (Enters) Are you the King of the Jews? Do you not hear how many things they testify against you? (To the crowd) Which would you like me to release to you? Barabbas or Jesus called Messiah?
Crowd: Barabbas!
Pilate’s Wife: (entering as if in a memory) have nothing to do with that righteous man! (Leaves)
Pilate: I will ask again, which of these two would you like me to release to you.
Crowd: Barabbas!
Pilate: Then what shall I do with Jesus called Messiah?
Crowd: Crucify him!
Pilate: What evil has he done?
Crowd: Let him be crucified!
Pilate: I am innocent of his blood. Look to it yourself! (The crowd takes Jesus off stage and only Kaitlyn is left onstage. Sounds of whips can be heard offstage. She falls on her knees, crying)
Mary: (Coming up behind her and placing her hand on Kaitlyn’s shoulder) May the Lord give us strength. May his will be done. (Hugs Kaitlyn while they both cry.)
(Jesus is pulled back onstage with cuts and blood all over, with a crown of thorns on his head.)
Soldiers: (bowing mockingly before him) Hail, King of the Jews! (They spit at him while one of them brings the cross out and places it on his shoulders. He starts walking but soon falls under the weight of it and slowly gets back up. Mary sees him coming and runs to him)
Mary: Jesus! Jesus! I am here, my son! I am here! (Soldiers pull her away. She screams) Jesus! (John comes up with Mary Magdalene and Kaitlyn)
(Jesus starts to walk slower and appears to be too weak to go on by himself. The soldiers search the crowd and grab Simon)
Solider: Carry his cross.
Simon: Oh no, I cannot! I have my sons here and I must stay with them.
Kaitlyn: (grads his arm) Please help him! He doesn’t deserve this!
Soldier: (Reaches for his sword) go! (Simon goes to Jesus and picks up the cross and helps Jesus up. They start walking, but soon Jesus falls again. The soldiers try to whip Jesus but Simon stops them and some of the crowd come in and help Simon protect Jesus. Veronica enters and makes her way to Jesus. She sees Kaitlyn and hands her a cup of water. She takes her veil off and wipes Jesus’ face with it. Kaitlyn starts to hand Jesus the cup)
Soldier: (grabbing her arm) what do you think you’re doing? (Throws her back to the crowd) Come on! Let’s keep moving.
(They keep walking; they pass women crying)
Jesus: Do not cry for me, but for your children.
(They walk on and Jesus falls again)
Simon: (Helping Jesus up) Come on, we are almost there. (They reach the spot and Simon puts the cross on the ground and the soldiers push him back into the crowd)
(They then nail Jesus to the cross. Mary kneels at the foot of the cross looking up at her son and John and Mary Magdalene are next to her)
Jesus: Son, behold your Mother. Woman, behold your son. (John puts his arm around Mary. Jesus looks up) My God, my God! Why have you forsaken me?
Crowd: He is calling for Elijah!
Soldier: If you are the Son of God bring yourself down from there.
Prisoner 1: Come on, save yourself and us! You would have the power if you were the Son of God!
Prisoner 2: Silence! Do you have no fear of God! We deserve this punishment. We have done acts that deserve death. This man has done nothing wrong, yet he hangs here to die like a criminal. Jesus remember me, when you come into your Kingdom.
Jesus: Amen I say to you! Today you will be with me in paradise! Father, forgive them! They know not what they do! (Bows his head and dies)
(Kaitlyn falls to the ground crying and lights fade on just her)
Voice: Do not be afraid, I am with you. (Bright lights suddenly come on and Kaitlyn is still kneeling in the same place, but she has her normal clothes on. She is still crying and doesn’t seem to notice the light. Jesus enters with scars on his hands and feet and is wearing a bright white robe. He sees her crying and gives a sad smile)
Jesus: Why are you crying?
Kaitlyn: (Not realizing it is Jesus) those things I said, I didn’t mean it.
Jesus: What things?
Kaitlyn: I was so angry!
Jesus: At God?
Kaitlyn: Yes…well no… I mean I thought I was.
Jesus: And now?
Kaitlyn: I don’t know! I was just hurt and upset. I didn’t understand.
Jesus: Understand?
Kaitlyn: Why all that happened to me. Why He let it happen to me.
Jesus: (During this monologue Jesus and Kaitlyn stay center stage and don’t move very much. On one side will be scenes from Kaitlyn’s life and on the other side scenes from Jesus’ life. They will either be mini skits with a different Kaitlyn and Jesus or a video but it should not have sound. Kaitlyn first sees the pimple on her face—Jesus receives the crown of thorns. She falls down the stairs—He falls with the cross. She is complaining about a lot of homework—He is praying in the garden. Some spills their lunch on her—people spit at Him. Khloe is talking to the girls—Judas talking with the High Priests. The note passing—guards come up to Jesus. Khloe passes it to Kaitlyn—Judas kisses Jesus. Teacher shows the class the drawing—guards arrest Jesus. Kaitlyn is in her room yelling at God—Jesus is on the cross and looks over at her across the stage and then dies.) (Putting a hand on Kaitlyn’s shoulder) My child, My Father does not wish bad things on you. (She realizes it is Jesus and stares at Him in amazement) It hurts Him very much to see you so upset. We were watching you in your room and I saw a tear fall from His eye. Do you know what happened tonight? (She shakes her head) You have been given a gift, a gift of seeing the ultimate sacrifice. I came down because I love you so much. And you want to know something? When I fell that first time, my body just wanted to stay down and end it there, but I saw something that made me keep going. You know what I saw? You. I saw your face and I knew I had to keep going. I needed to free my friends from the horrible world of sin. You said you felt bad for getting mad at God? (She bows her head in shame. Jesus lifts her head to look at Him then takes her hands and helps her stand up) But my child, if you were mad at Him that means you have a good relationship with Him. He is your Father! Do you always get along with your earthly father? But you still love him dearly. It is no different. When you love somebody, you may get upset with them. That does not mean you love them any less. If you didn’t have a relationship with God then you wouldn’t get mad at Him because you just wouldn’t care. My dear, you have an amazing life ahead of you. I think it’s about time I let you go back and live it. (They smile at each other and he pulls her into a hug) I love you so much, Kaitlyn.
Kaitlyn: I love you, too! With all my heart!
(Lights fade out)
(Lights come back up on Kaitlyn in her room. She wakes up and looks around and runs out. Khloe comes in and is in the school hallway when Kaitlyn comes running in.)
Khloe: Kaitlyn! I can’t believe I did that! I really don’t know what to say. I’m sorry. I couldn’t sleep at all last night. I wish I could just go back in time and...
Kaitlyn: (giving her a hug) it’s all right, Khloe! I forgive you. I know you didn’t mean to, but yam know, it really doesn’t matter. I don’t care what Brianna, Addison, or Olivia think of me. I am who I am, and that is never going to change. And I am so happy I learned that!
Khloe: What happened to you?
Kaitlyn: I wish I knew how to even begin to tell you! It was so wonderful! (Hugs her again)
Joshua: (Comes up behind her and taps her on the shoulder) Hey, Kaitlyn.
Kaitlyn: Oh, hey, Joshua!
Joshua: Listen, I’m sorry about yesterday. I didn’t know they were gonna do that.
Kaitlyn: It’s okay. I know you didn’t
Joshua: Listen, um, I was wondering, uh, my Church is having this Easter banquet thing with the grade school kids. It’s about like Jesus’ life. I was wondering if maybe you wanted to go with me. My little brother is in it. I know it’s kinda dumb to go on a date, but...
Kaitlyn: Really?
Joshua: Yeah. I kinda have liked you for a while now. I didn’t think you liked me, but after yesterday I figured I should give it a shot.
Kaitlyn: I would love to go with you!
Joshua: Sweet! Well ya wanna go to class?
Kaitlyn: Sure, just give me a second okay? (He leaves and she looks up) Thanks! (Runs off)
